I grant the permissions above for a period of 2 years from the first date of publication.  I can withdraw my consent at any time, however I understand that any published material will not be retroactively recalled if I choose to withdraw my consent.

I release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Photographer and all persons operating under their authority from any liability to the Client for any and all costs, loss or damage suffered by the Client, however caused, arising out of or connected with the performance or failure of performance of photographic services by the Photographer.
